Here’s a quick update as to what you can expect from me in this course
The course works like this:
Download our course workbook, The Complete Guide to Setting Boundaries with a Parent Who Has Borderline and/or Narcissistic Personality Disorder, available in the “Start Here” chapter.
Go through the course in chronological order. Watch the videos first, then complete the corresponding worksheets/exercises. These can all be found in the course workbook.
